All payment methods linked to your dua66 account must be in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — accounts belonging to another person — are not permitted and will be reversed. Withdrawal requests from dua66 to Easypaisa or JazzCash are typically processed within minutes. IBFT and bank card withdrawals may take up to one business day. These are target processing times — occasional delays outside dua66's control, such as payment network maintenance, may affect individual transactions.

• Any active bonus balance on your dua66 account must meet its associated wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• A minimum balance threshold applies to withdrawals — the current minimum is displayed on the withdrawal page in your account.
• dua66 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Each bonus offer has its own specific terms including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet restrictions while bonus wagering is active, and expiry periods. The following general rules apply to all dua66 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players with good-standing accounts only.
• One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

dua66 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. If a promotional offer is withdrawn after you have already accepted and started using a bonus, your existing bonus will continue under the terms that were in place when you accepted it.

Sports betting, including PSL and cricket betting on dua66, is subject to these general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules communicated within the platform. By placing a bet on dua66, you accept full responsibility for your bet selection and confirm that you have read and understood the relevant market rules.

Bets placed on dua66 are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player after confirmation except in circumstances where dua66 expressly offers a cash-out feature for a specific market and you use that feature within its stated window.

In the event of a void bet — for example due to a match being abandoned before the required number of overs are bowled, or due to a data error in odds display — the stake will be returned to your dua66 balance. The specific voiding rules for each market type are displayed within the betting interface.

dua66 reserves the right to void or limit bets that were placed based on incorrect odds caused by technical errors, data feed failures, or human error in odds compilation. Where we void a bet for this reason, the stake is returned. We do not void bets simply because the outcome was unfavourable to dua66 — voids apply only to genuine technical or data errors.

All casino games on dua66 — including but not limited to live baccarat, Andar Bahar, Aviator, poker, and all slot and table games — are operated under certified random number generation (RNG) for virtual games and with real equipment for live dealer titles. Game outcomes are not influenced by dua66 beyond the house edge built into each game's mathematics, which is published or communicated for all games.

In the unlikely event of a technical malfunction during a game — such as a disconnection, server error, or game data corruption — the following applies: dua66 will investigate the issue using server logs and game records. Where a game round cannot be reconstructed with certainty, the stake may be returned. Where a result has been determined and recorded on our server, that result stands regardless of how it was displayed on your device at the time of disconnection.

Live dealer game results are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and are streamed and recorded. In any dispute regarding a live game result, the video record held by dua66 is the definitive source. dua66's decision in relation to live game disputes is final after review of the relevant video evidence.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dua66. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in, at minimum, the forfeiture of relevant winnings and, where the conduct is serious, permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit on dua66.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using automated systems, or collaborating with others to extract bonus value in a manner not consistent with genuine play.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on any sporting event where you have reason to believe the outcome has been predetermined or manipulated in any way.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real money balances may be withheld pending investigation and may ultimately be returned, retained, or donated to a charitable cause depending on the findings of our review. dua66 will communicate the outcome of any such review to the account holder via the registered email or mobile number.

Players who wish to close their own dua66 account may do so by contacting support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to standard withdrawal conditions being met.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dua66's total liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
